Blue Front Doors

I am LOVING the idea of painting the Forever House, Front Doors BLUE... 

   

 a beautiful shade of blue...these would work

its raining...its Pouring....

its POURING with rain and BLOWING a gale here this Australia Day Long weekend.
What a GREAT time to curl up on the lounge and watch a chic flick. drink tea ( or hot chocolate)  and spend the last few days of the Christmas School Holidays with my Boys....

                                                  you can never have too many cushions.....

                                                         share something yummy to eat....

                                                                 and its still raining.....

                                       and steal some HUGS from my Boys...(while the movies on)

its been a while....

                                     I cannot believe how long it has been since I last wrote a post..

                                                             

I actually thought my blogging days were over...time is not my own these days and I've been spending my precious freetime exporing other Blogs and Pinterest collecting some amazing ideas for the new house, which I am LOVING by the way...

The House, I am happy to say has a gorgeous grey roof and windows too...Our Window Company went into receivership after we place our window order,  lucky for us we hadn't payed a HUGE deposit and they were still able to make all our Windows, it could have all ended in a very tricky mess but thats the "short version'...its a shame because they (Window Company" not their real name) made great windows.

Shopping...for Roof Tiles

This would have to be the easiest & quickest decision made for the Forever House so far...

Grey or Black for the Roof tile..I choose Grey

My journey of far...over the past few years I have replaced blogging and my beautiful high heals with gumboots and 'site boots', as my Husband and I had taken on the task of building 25 Town Homes.  This build has had its 'what have we done' moments but generlly it has been a rewarding experiance and hey its what we do.

With this Big project now completed it time to get back to the "Forever House".  Forever because it is taking forever to complete and Forever because once in, I'm never moving again. ( famous last words)

This is the progress so far...its looks like a Modern Concrete Structure and I'm sure all the neighbours think its going to be...

Toe Warming ...PART 2

There is a Winter chill in the air...well in the Mornings and Evenings, the days are beautiful, I cannot wait to get out the Winter Wardrode ~ Jackets, Scarves and Boots!...

After Posting about Outside Fireplaces, I have decided the Dream House will need an inside Fireplace too.

This may sound very glamorous but it is the 'DREAM HOUSE' after all...So what would it look like? 

Any of these BEAUTIFUL Fireplaces would be perfect !!
