Walk-in-robes cost how much!!!!

This is what I can afford ~ which is beautiful...

this is more the style I had in mind

or this...elegant...

The quote for the Walk-in-robes came back today...luckily for me it wasn't Morning Tea Time or I would be covered in Green Tea right now!!! They are just Walk-in-robes...beautifully detailed, yes!!... O.K!... I may have gone a bit over board with the design...time to regroup, re THINK, more value for my $ ....

Poor Walk-in-robe Man and he was such a nice person :(

  1. Cate,

Sorry to hear that the wardrobe that you had in mind was too expensive but I am sure that you will come up with something just as good at a 1/4 of the price or even less :-).

I am still painting and Mr FF has sanded another 2 fresh ones so it is going to be a long day I feel. The rush is on to get them finished as we have guests arriving at Maison No 20 is just over a weeks time.

  4. Oh, I LOVE image no.2, I dream of a walk-in wardrobe - or a whole room. A friend of mine always jokes that after 2 boys, she had the choice of another child or a dressing room - she chose the room!!!

  5. No.3 has my heart beating very fast Cate! 3 years on & we are still living out of the cardboard Porta-Robe thingies that we moved up here with. MOTH pulled out the ugliest of built-in robes in our bedroom first up. The plans for the Dressing Room addition have been drawn, but the Bathroom From Hell has priority at the moment. Knowing your taste, whatever you choose will be speccie!

My parner and I are currently building a house and are having a walk-through robe (between the bedroom and ensuite... Still not ready for the fit out stage but can't wait until we get there :)
